Spending a few extra days in New Orleans before Julie and Shaun's wedding has turned out great - lots of great food (the grilled oysters at Acme Oyster were phenomenal):

Lots of great drinks down on Bourbon Street - the Lazy Magnolia Pecan Beer was particularly tasty:

They even do Girl Scout shots in NOLA

And impromptu jazz bands play Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance' topped it off.

Having seen 'Gone with the Wind' enough times to wear the tapes out, I couldn't help but fall in love with the old plantation houses.
